# QuivAR vs HornScore

QuivAR and HornScore both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 94% of HornScore's written reviews are positive against 83% of QuivAR's. QuivAR's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price, rating, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QuivAR sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and HornScore sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

QuivAR holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 25 and 38 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of QuivAR's written reviews are positive against 94% of HornScore's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

QuivAR ships an update monthly, HornScore fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
