# Crookhaven vs Solitaire

The clearest difference is price: Solitaire at Free against Crookhaven's $4.99. Solitaire also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.3). Crookhaven's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (daily vs every 2 months). On in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Solitaire is free to download; Crookhaven costs $4.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Solitaire holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Crookhaven has 170 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Crookhaven ships an update daily, Solitaire every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 27, 2026.
