# Sober vs Yoga Quest

The clearest difference is update cadence: Yoga Quest at every 2 weeks against Sober's every 6 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sober sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Yoga Quest sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sober ships an update every 6 weeks, Yoga Quest every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
