# Wally vs Recall

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Recall at none against Wally's 4. Wally's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wally sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Recall asks for nothing beyond the download.

Wally ships an update every 9 days, Recall every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
