# ShadowTalk vs CrosPath

The clearest difference is update cadence: CrosPath at every 3 weeks against ShadowTalk's every 8 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ShadowTalk sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and CrosPath sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ShadowTalk ships an update every 8 months, CrosPath every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
