# AI Keyboard vs WriteFlow

The clearest difference is update cadence: WriteFlow at every 5 days against AI Keyboard's every 2 months. WriteFlow also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). AI Keyboard's advantage is ratings volume (248 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AI Keyboard sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and WriteFlow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

WriteFlow holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AI Keyboard has 248 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

AI Keyboard ships an update every 2 months, WriteFlow every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
