# MyndMap vs Orbit

The clearest difference is ads: MyndMap at none against Orbit's shown. Orbit's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MyndMap sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Orbit sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MyndMap ships an update every 6 weeks, Orbit every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
