# Instagig vs NetDrive

The clearest difference is rating: NetDrive at 5.0 against Instagig's 4.5. NetDrive also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months). Instagig's advantage is ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NetDrive holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Instagig has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Instagig ships an update every 2 months, NetDrive every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
