# EventCartel vs GETIN

The clearest difference is review sentiment: EventCartel at 86% against GETIN's 7%. EventCartel also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (10 vs 3). GETIN's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 3.8) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GETIN holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 10 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of EventCartel's written reviews are positive against 7% of GETIN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

EventCartel ships an update fortnightly, GETIN every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
