# Habit Tracker vs Ouro

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ouro at every 10 days against Habit Tracker's every 5 weeks. Ouro also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Habit Tracker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Ouro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Habit Tracker ships an update every 5 weeks, Ouro every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
