# Weekit vs Placify

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Placify at 56% against Weekit's 0%. Placify also leads on ratings volume (55 vs 4). Weekit's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Weekit sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Placify sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Weekit holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Placify has 55 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Weekit's written reviews are positive against 56% of Placify's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Weekit ships an update every 3 weeks, Placify every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
