# Memory Melon! vs Candy Mania

The clearest difference is update cadence: Candy Mania at every 3 days against Memory Melon!'s every 2 weeks. Memory Melon!'s advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Memory Melon! sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Candy Mania sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Memory Melon! against 5.0 for Candy Mania. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Memory Melon! has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Memory Melon! ships an update every 2 weeks, Candy Mania every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
