# ARC Data Mobile vs MapIt

The clearest difference is rating: ARC Data Mobile at 5.0 against MapIt's 4.4. ARC Data Mobile also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1). MapIt's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MapIt sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. ARC Data Mobile asks for nothing beyond the download.

ARC Data Mobile holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MapIt has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
