# Atoms vs Hyperfocus App

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Atoms at 11K against Hyperfocus App's 1. Hyperfocus App's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Atoms sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Hyperfocus App sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hyperfocus App holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Atoms has 11K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Atoms ships an update every 2 weeks, Hyperfocus App every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
