# RiChakra vs AromaTherapy

The clearest difference is rating: AromaTherapy at 5.0 against RiChakra's 4.3. AromaTherapy also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). RiChakra's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RiChakra sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and AromaTherapy sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AromaTherapy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RiChakra has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

RiChakra ships an update monthly, AromaTherapy every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
