# longstory.sh vs Phillips

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Phillips at 80% against longstory.sh's 33%. longstory.sh's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

longstory.sh holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 11 and 30 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of longstory.sh's written reviews are positive against 80% of Phillips's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

longstory.sh ships an update every 4 days, Phillips every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
