# Crobo vs Unplex

The clearest difference is rating: Crobo at 4.8 against Unplex's 4.1. Crobo also leads on ratings volume (2.2K vs 18). Unplex's advantage is review sentiment (77% vs 64%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Crobo holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Crobo has 2.2K ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of Crobo's written reviews are positive against 77% of Unplex's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Crobo ships an update weekly, Unplex every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
