# Hiccup AI vs TaskLock

The clearest difference is rating: TaskLock at 4.5 against Hiccup AI's 1.0. TaskLock also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (17 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hiccup AI sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and TaskLock sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TaskLock holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TaskLock has 17 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Hiccup AI ships an update monthly, TaskLock every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
