# OpenLock vs Pixel Builder

Both are free to download. Pixel Builder sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. OpenLock asks for nothing beyond the download.

OpenLock ships an update every 8 months, Pixel Builder fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 7, 2026.
