# Cali vs NowTask

The clearest difference is update cadence: NowTask at every 10 days against Cali's every 5 months. Cali's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cali sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and NowTask sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cali ships an update every 5 months, NowTask every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
