# Slate AI vs Velop

The clearest difference is device support: Slate AI at 2 against Velop's —. Slate AI also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 26.2). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Slate AI sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Velop sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
