# DaysTill vs Kounts

The clearest difference is rating: Kounts at 5.0 against DaysTill's 4.8. Kounts also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks) and device support (4 vs 2). DaysTill's advantage is ratings volume (102 vs 8) and iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DaysTill sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Kounts sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Kounts holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DaysTill has 102 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 93% of DaysTill's written reviews are positive against 100% of Kounts's.

DaysTill ships an update every 2 weeks, Kounts every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
