# Rub vs CookMeSlow

The clearest difference is update cadence: Rub at every 4 days against CookMeSlow's every 9 days. Rub also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rub sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and CookMeSlow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
