# MyFieldTracker vs Longview Cruise

The clearest difference is update cadence: Longview Cruise at every 2 days against MyFieldTracker's every 3 weeks. Longview Cruise also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MyFieldTracker ships an update every 3 weeks, Longview Cruise every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
