# Tempo vs Top Set Training

The clearest difference is ads: Top Set Training at none against Tempo's shown. Tempo's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tempo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Top Set Training sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tempo ships an update daily, Top Set Training every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
