# CDL Prep vs Glissit

The clearest difference is ads: Glissit at none against CDL Prep's shown. Glissit also leads on review sentiment (80% vs 50%) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). CDL Prep's advantage is ratings volume (153 vs 18) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CDL Prep sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Glissit sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Glissit holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CDL Prep has 153 ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 50% of CDL Prep's written reviews are positive against 80% of Glissit's.

CDL Prep ships an update every 2 months, Glissit weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
