# Gört vs Stupid Notes

The clearest difference is update cadence: Stupid Notes at every 4 days against Gört's every 2 weeks. Gört's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gört sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Stupid Notes sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $6.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Gört ships an update every 2 weeks, Stupid Notes every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
