About

Mqtizer

Mqtizer is an MQTT client for iPhone, iPad and Mac that your whole team shares. Set up a broker once, or let your AI assistant do it, and everyone has it. I built Mqtizer because every field trip started the same way. Someone texts around a host, a port and a password, and half the team mistypes it. Here, one person adds the broker on a laptop. Everyone else opens the app on their phone and it is already there. Your AI assistant does the setup Connect Claude, Cursor or any MCP client to your workspace with a token you create in the app. With Write access it adds brokers and writes payload templates. Any token can test connections. Broker passwords never reach the model; it only sees [redacted]. Workspaces Keep brokers in a workspace per site, client or project. Invite people by email and give each a role. They connect without anyone passing the password around. Messages read like a chat Subscribe to topics with + and # wildcards and watch each message land in a stream grouped by topic. Search it, filter by direction, QoS or retained flag, and export a selection as text, JSON or CSV. Your messages stay on your device The app connects straight to your broker. Your MQTT messages never go through our servers, and the log is saved only on your device, so it survives a dropped connection or a restart. Sensors in your payload The sensor keyboard reads your phone's accelerometer, GPS, battery and more, and drops the live value into the payload with a tap. Simulate a device when the device you are testing is the phone in your hand. Templates Save a JSON payload once and the whole workspace can use it. Nobody retypes it. Test a broker Need 200 messages? Set a count or a duration and burst publishing sends them, so you can load-test a broker without tapping send all afternoon. Details MQTT 3.1.1 and 5.0 over TCP, WebSockets and TLS, with your own CA and client certificates. Dark mode is the default. Free plan: 2 workspaces, each with 3 team members and 3 brokers, and 10 templates, with every feature included. Questions or ideas go to support@mqtizer.com.
