# Empty Fasting vs Longevity Deck

The clearest difference is rating: Longevity Deck at 4.8 against Empty Fasting's 4.6. Empty Fasting's advantage is ratings volume (84 vs 10). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Longevity Deck holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Empty Fasting has 84 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Empty Fasting's written reviews are positive against 80% of Longevity Deck's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Empty Fasting ships an update every 3 days, Longevity Deck every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
