# OrgChartX vs Astari

The clearest difference is rating: OrgChartX at 5.0 against Astari's 4.4. OrgChartX also leads on device support (4 vs 2). Astari's advantage is review sentiment (41% vs 0%) and ratings volume (377 vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OrgChartX sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Astari sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OrgChartX holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Astari has 377 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of OrgChartX's written reviews are positive against 41% of Astari's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

OrgChartX ships an update every 3 weeks, Astari every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
