The clearest difference is update cadence: M² Smart at every 3 weeks against Adhan's every 5 months. M² Smart also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). Adhan's advantage is device support (5 vs 2). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Adhan ships an update every 5 months, M² Smart every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
