# Bites vs Moosenotes AI

Bites and Moosenotes AI both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Moosenotes AI's written reviews are positive against 43% of Bites's. Bites's advantage is ratings volume (2.2K vs 7) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bites sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Moosenotes AI sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Bites against 4.7 for Moosenotes AI. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bites has 2.2K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 43% of Bites's written reviews are positive against 100% of Moosenotes AI's.

Bites ships an update fortnightly, Moosenotes AI monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
