# Bilprøve vs Billappen

The clearest difference is update cadence: Bilprøve at every 2 days against Billappen's every 3 days. Bilprøve also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bilprøve sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Billappen sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bilprøve ships an update every 2 days, Billappen every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
