# Vetmemo vs PetMetrix

The clearest difference is update cadence: Vetmemo at every 3 weeks against PetMetrix's every 6 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vetmemo sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 3 months and PetMetrix sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Vetmemo ships an update every 3 weeks, PetMetrix every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
