# GolfCam vs ProPath

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ProPath at 100% against GolfCam's 50%. ProPath also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 17) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). GolfCam's advantage is ratings volume (555 vs 5) and chart position (#120 vs unranked). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GolfCam sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. ProPath asks for nothing beyond the download.

ProPath holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GolfCam has 555 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 50% of GolfCam's written reviews are positive against 100% of ProPath's.

GolfCam ships an update fortnightly, ProPath every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
