# BTalk vs Doost

The clearest difference is update cadence: Doost at every 5 days against BTalk's every 3 months. BTalk's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BTalk ships an update every 3 months, Doost every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
