# 炫图AI vs Eraser Cat

The clearest difference is rating: Eraser Cat at 5.0 against 炫图AI's 4.3. Eraser Cat also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 10 days). 炫图AI's advantage is ratings volume (304 vs 2) and review sentiment (69% vs 50%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 炫图AI sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Eraser Cat sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Eraser Cat holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 炫图AI has 304 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 69% of 炫图AI's written reviews are positive against 50% of Eraser Cat's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

炫图AI ships an update every 10 days, Eraser Cat every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
