# Scentsy Connect vs Pilot Task

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Pilot Task at 100% against Scentsy Connect's 15%. Scentsy Connect's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 3.9) and ratings volume (1.3K vs 15). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Scentsy Connect holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Scentsy Connect has 1.3K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of Scentsy Connect's written reviews are positive against 100% of Pilot Task's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
