# SARAFIT vs RF Coaching

The clearest difference is update cadence: SARAFIT at every 6 weeks against RF Coaching's every 5 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SARAFIT sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $300.00 per month and RF Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $250.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SARAFIT ships an update every 6 weeks, RF Coaching every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
