# StreamNxt+ vs YPlayer

The clearest difference is ads: StreamNxt+ at none against YPlayer's shown. StreamNxt+ also leads on device support (4 vs 2). YPlayer's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StreamNxt+ sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month and YPlayer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

StreamNxt+ ships an update every 2 months, YPlayer every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on September 17, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
