# B.B. Link Configurator vs UTC Face

The clearest difference is price: B.B. Link Configurator at Free against UTC Face's $0.99. B.B. Link Configurator also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). UTC Face's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 5 weeks). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

B.B. Link Configurator is free to download; UTC Face costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

B.B. Link Configurator holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: B.B. Link Configurator has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of B.B. Link Configurator's written reviews are positive against 100% of UTC Face's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

B.B. Link Configurator ships an update every 5 weeks, UTC Face every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
