# GolfCore vs Course Vaults

The clearest difference is update cadence: GolfCore at every 2 days against Course Vaults's weekly. GolfCore also leads on device support (5 vs 3). Course Vaults's advantage is ratings volume (156 vs 13). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GolfCore sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Course Vaults sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GolfCore holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Course Vaults has 156 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two.

GolfCore ships an update every 2 days, Course Vaults weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
