# E vs Surprise Widget

The clearest difference is update cadence: Surprise Widget at every 3 days against E's every 3 weeks. E's advantage is iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. E sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Surprise Widget sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

E ships an update every 3 weeks, Surprise Widget every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
