# Wordnote vs Lexify

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lexify at every 2 weeks against Wordnote's monthly. Lexify also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wordnote sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Lexify sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Wordnote ships an update monthly, Lexify every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
