# Heavy Influence vs Blok

Heavy Influence and Blok both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 83% of Heavy Influence's written reviews are positive against 51% of Blok's. Blok's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (775 vs 81). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Heavy Influence sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Blok sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Heavy Influence against 4.5 for Blok. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Blok has 775 ratings behind it against 81, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 83% of Heavy Influence's written reviews are positive against 51% of Blok's.

Heavy Influence ships an update every 3 weeks, Blok every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
