# Clear30 vs Sobbr

The clearest difference is rating: Clear30 at 4.7 against Sobbr's 3.0. Clear30 also leads on ratings volume (3.2K vs 4). Sobbr's advantage is monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and update cadence (daily vs every 10 days). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Clear30 sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Sobbr sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Clear30 holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Clear30 has 3.2K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of Clear30's written reviews are positive against 60% of Sobbr's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Clear30 ships an update every 10 days, Sobbr daily. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
