# LOK Digital vs Night 9

The clearest difference is rating: LOK Digital at 4.7 against Night 9's 4.0. LOK Digital also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (166 vs 1). Night 9's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and price ($0.99 vs $4.99). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.

LOK Digital holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LOK Digital has 166 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of LOK Digital's written reviews are positive against 100% of Night 9's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
