# Odyssey XR vs Cedartale

The clearest difference is update cadence: Cedartale at every 3 days against Odyssey XR's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Odyssey XR sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per year and Cedartale sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Odyssey XR ships an update every 2 months, Cedartale every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
