# troop.fm vs AltitudePlus+

The clearest difference is rating: troop.fm at 5.0 against AltitudePlus+'s 4.0. troop.fm also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ads (none vs shown). AltitudePlus+'s advantage is ratings volume (3K vs 3) and review sentiment (22% vs 0%). On price, update cadence, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

troop.fm holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AltitudePlus+ has 3K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of troop.fm's written reviews are positive against 22% of AltitudePlus+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
