# FlickTec vs ballcoach

The clearest difference is ads: FlickTec at none against ballcoach's shown. FlickTec also leads on rating (4.5 vs 4.3). ballcoach's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 70%) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 10 days). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FlickTec sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month and ballcoach sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FlickTec holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 15 and 12 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of FlickTec's written reviews are positive against 100% of ballcoach's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FlickTec ships an update every 10 days, ballcoach every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
